360|Flex started out with a heavy focus on recruiting; indies finding clients, start-ups finding developers, consulting firms finding new employees, etc.
As time goes by (Indy will be our 6th, 360|Flex show) we've noticed that the market for developers is changing; full timers have found a home, indies have secured a nice back log of clients, etc. NOT that there's isn't hiring going on still, cuz there is.
The Flex community is growing and evolving as time goes on. To match this growth, we're growing too. We're adding the "Business Side of Flex" track to 360|Flex, as a permanent feature. As the Flex community grows and matures, the ROI on RIAs is starting to emerge. Companies have something to say about why they went with an RIA, why they went with Flex, etc. We're going to provide a place for that aspect of the Flex community (the managers, clients, and businesses using Flex) to speak.
We're looking for panel and session ideas. Have something that applies to the business aspect of Flex? Let us know.
We're especially looking for topics around the ROI of implementing a Flex RIA, best practices in RIA projects, case studies of businesses using Flex, that sort of thing.
